At iTS UR HQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.


Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Digital music downloads, opened CDs, or custom-printed / limited edition merchandise
Posters that have been unrolled or damaged after delivery
Sale items or items marked as “final sale”


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and approval (or rejection) of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size was sent.
If you need to exchange an item, please email itsurhq@icloud.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue.
